Arteriovenous fistula (AVF) dysfunction is one of the common obstacles in performing hemodialysis treatment. Acute and chronic thrombosis fistula, stenosis, hematomas are major causes dysfunction. Here, we present an unexpected complication midodrine use which caused AVF a female patient who was suffering from hemodialysis-related hypotension.
